You don’t have to live with constant pain anymore. Research shows most patients experience significant relief within their first five visits, reporting less pain, better mobility, and improved daily function—without relying on medications.
When your spine is properly aligned, everything else falls into place. You’ll sleep better, move easier, and get back to the activities you love. The difference is real, lasting relief that addresses what’s actually causing your discomfort.
No more temporary fixes that wear off in a few hours. Just genuine healing that lets you live the life you want.
Dr. Paul Roses grew up right here in Bayonne and has been serving Hudson County families for over four decades. He’s a St. Peter’s Prep graduate who earned his Bachelor’s at St. Peter’s University and completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life Chiropractic College in 1981.
What sets Dr. Roses apart is his genuine commitment to helping people live healthier lives without unnecessary drugs or medications. He discovered his calling for chiropractic care during college and knew immediately this was how he wanted to help his community.
You’re not just another appointment—you’re a neighbor who deserves personalized care that actually works for your specific situation.
Your first visit includes a thorough consultation about your health history and current concerns, followed by a comprehensive physical examination. We use advanced diagnostic tools like Titron Infrared Imaging—a painless process that takes just seconds—along with X-rays only when necessary.
Treatment typically begins during your first or second visit. Dr. Roses uses state-of-the-art spinal correction techniques that are safer, more affordable, and more effective than traditional methods. Most patients start with 2-3 short sessions per week, lasting about 10-20 minutes each.
As you improve, visits become less frequent. You’ll know exactly what to expect, how long treatment should take, and what results you can achieve based on your specific condition.

We provide comprehensive chiropractic services for every member of your St. Aedens family. Our pediatric chiropractic care helps children with ear infections, colic, sleep problems, and proper spinal development as they grow—using techniques so gentle they’re like testing a tomato’s ripeness.
Adults benefit from advanced spinal correction, personalized corrective exercises, and lifestyle coaching to prevent future problems. We also provide spinal screenings throughout Hudson County at health fairs and community events.
What makes our approach different is combining cutting-edge techniques with the personal attention you’d expect from a neighbor. Every treatment plan is designed around your unique needs and goals.
Most patients experience noticeable improvement within their first few visits, with significant pain relief typically occurring within five sessions. However, everyone responds differently based on their condition, how long they’ve had the problem, and their overall health.
Some people feel relief immediately after their first adjustment, while others may need a few sessions before noticing substantial changes. The key is consistency—following your recommended treatment plan gives you the best chance for lasting results.
We’ll discuss realistic expectations during your initial consultation based on your specific situation, so you know exactly what to expect and when.
Absolutely. Pediatric chiropractic care uses extremely gentle techniques specifically designed for children’s developing bodies. The adjustments are much softer than those used for adults, often requiring no more pressure than you’d use to test the ripeness of a tomato.
Children’s spines are still growing and more flexible, so they typically respond very well to gentle corrections. Many parents notice improvements in their child’s sleep patterns, behavior, and overall comfort after just a few visits.
Dr. Roses has extensive experience working with children of all ages and takes extra care to ensure every young patient feels comfortable and safe throughout their treatment.
Chiropractic care is most effective for musculoskeletal conditions involving your spine, joints, and nervous system. This includes lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, sports injuries, and posture-related problems from desk work or technology use.
For children, we commonly help with ear infections, colic, digestive issues, sleep problems, and developmental concerns. Many patients also experience improvements in chronic headaches, muscle tension, and joint stiffness.
The key is that chiropractic care addresses the underlying cause of your discomfort, not just the symptoms. By properly aligning your spine, we help your body’s natural healing processes work more effectively.
Not necessarily. We only recommend X-rays when they’re medically necessary to properly diagnose your condition or rule out serious underlying issues. Many patients can begin treatment based on their examination and health history alone.
When X-rays are needed, we’ll explain exactly why and what we’re looking for. Our goal is to provide the most effective treatment with the least amount of testing required.
We also use advanced diagnostic tools like Titron Infrared Imaging, which provides valuable information about your spinal health in just seconds without any radiation exposure.
Treatment length varies significantly based on your condition, how long you’ve had the problem, and your treatment goals. Some patients achieve their desired results in just a few weeks, while others with chronic conditions may benefit from ongoing periodic care.
The myth that “once you start, you have to keep going forever” simply isn’t true. Most patients complete their initial treatment plan and then choose maintenance visits as needed, similar to regular dental cleanings.
We’ll discuss your specific treatment timeline during your consultation and regularly reassess your progress to ensure you’re getting the results you want in a reasonable timeframe.
Your first visit typically lasts 30-60 minutes and includes a detailed discussion about your health history, current symptoms, and treatment goals. We’ll perform a thorough physical examination focusing on your spine and the areas causing you discomfort.
If needed, we may take X-rays or use our advanced imaging technology to get a complete picture of your condition. Most patients begin treatment during their first or second visit, depending on what we find during the examination.
You should wear comfortable clothing and come prepared to discuss any medications you’re taking, previous injuries, and specific activities that make your symptoms better or worse. The more information you can provide, the better we can tailor your treatment plan.
